I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at UPS in Jul 2015
Interview
Before you interview, you are told about the position. The interviewer tells you that this job isn't for everyone, and that if you are looking for something steady to pay the bills, this is not it. You are told there are days you might show up to work and they might just send you home if they don't have enough work to go around. They are also looking for people that are currently going to college, so that in the future you can have a small business and have UPS handle your logistics (because that is the dream?). The interview is simple and straight forward, no trick questions.

Interview
There's a group to her and group interview setting. If you're not call back right away for a second interview, don't be disheartened. UPS deals with very high-volume recruitment, and it's often challenging to get individual attention to all of the applicants. Remain diligent if you're truly interested in the position.
