Was very direct and didn't take more than 30 minutes. Asked questions about my leadership style, education, allowed me to ask questions. Management told me about the position and what their expectations were. They asked my earliest availability. I disclosed I was interviewing for other positions as I have applied to more than one position.

Interview
Straightforward and interviewer explained role and responsibilities thoroughly. Gave an honest assessment of types of working environments that workers encounter and challenges they face. The interview was a three step process: over the phone, in person, and fifty - one hundred questions on the computer. Easy enough to pass. The process took nearly thirty days to complete background check and badge issuance.
