I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at UPS (Watford, East of England, England) in Oct 2015
Interview
Pretty scary the guy interviewing me made the role seem very technical
It felt like I'm applying for a CFO position
Although as it went on it was better they also asked me to come in to see
how I can cope with the pace it was pretty easy although they made me stay for
too long which was rather unnecessary as I was just standing there
It was pretty easy
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at UPS (Ontario, CA)
Interview
Begin by applying online and waiting for a response. When you are contacted they will ask you to go into the HUB that you specified working for. You will be part of a group that go into a class and will go over the specifications needed for the job. After this you will go in for a one on one interview. If they like you they will bring you back for a tour of the facility and then you start when they ask you to come in.
I was hired during peak season. Don't know if this is the process that is used during the rest of the year.
