This process took a month. After completing the application online you must choose an interview time. There is usually only one time available bc the HR department is located in Albany, NY - one hour from the interview location in Glens Falls, NY. I could not make it to this interview time and tried calling the HR department several times to reschedule an interview. They never returned my calls. So I re-applied online to go through the same process and finally got an interview after visiting the warehouse management twice. Also if you need to solve a problem ie: receiving pay stubs, consider the HR department unreachable.
