UPS Preloader interview questions

The interview process was instant and an offer was given immediately. This is the best interview process I have ever experienced. I just typed in a little information on my phone and recieved a $48,000 a year job instantly. There can't be a better process.

I was hired after submitting my application online. There was no interview. But the UPS jobs site is barely functional, and it took multiple attempts over a few weeks, and different email addresses to finally get the offer. It was an extremely frustrating process.
