UPS Seasonal Driver Helper interview questions

I applied for the Seasonal Driver Helper. I applied online and the process was very quick and I was scheduled for an interview within the same week. When I arrived there I saw many other people (20+) waiting in a room. My experience was negative since we had to wait 2 hours until someone came to speak with us. I'm not kidding, some people left during that time. When a staff came, he gave us a motivational speech about how he rose from being a package handler to a manager. He wanted us to come in for another group session/interview which I couldn't make it since it was the finals week. You were basically hired if you came in for both sessions.
