I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at UPS (Fort Worth, TX) in Nov 2015
Interview
Toured around the facility and showed what it's like on the job. Walked through the whole entire process, as in calling and shifts. Wasn't that much of an interview is more of an orientation of anything because the work load is so much. They basically hire on the spot.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UPS (Louisville, KY) in Sep 2014
Interview
Went to the UPS jobs facility to get the application and fill out some online forms. Then went home and filled out more online forms, took a drug screen, and came back for the in-person interview and fingerprinting. The 1 on 1 interview itself was almost just a formality. I don't believe they really cared what I answered for the handful of questions. After that I was given a date to return, upon which date I was shown a short presentation and given my start date.
