UPS Truck Loading interview questions

Met with supervisor we discussed my resume and previous work experience, he then told me what the job entitled, asked if i had any questions, I said no, then asked when I could start work and said today, started work the same day i did the interview

Applied online. Recruiter reached back to me within the week. The following week I was interviewed for 5 minutes and just filled out the paperwork. Started orientation and training for 3 days and was randomly chosen to be a truck loader.
