Interview
I applied online, and scheduled a facility walkthrough. During the walkthrough the guide tells you (and others) about the job expectations and work conditions. After the walkthrough we had an opportunity to sign up for an interview. The interview slot I received was for the following day. The interview was conducted in an office in the same facility as the walkthrough. The person conducting the interview asked expected questions and seemed uninterested.

Nothing to it. Be willing to work hard. Show up on time. Don't wear a suit, jeans polo is fine. If your able and willing you'll likely get hired. If you can't do the job you'll quit before being fired and the next kid in HR will take your spot.
