      Interview

I went to the U.S Air Force Academy and got commissioned through there. You can either go that route, enlist, or do ROTC. You have to be drug free and motivated, there really is no interview process.

      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at US Air Force

      Interview

Members enter the Air Force based upon completion of an appropriate military commissioning source, either Reserve Officer Training Corp (ROTC), the Air Force Academy or Officer Training School and you must meet qualifications based on citizenship, physical fitness, and aptitude tests to be accepted into those programs. Once you are in the military you do not interview in the traditional sense for jobs but are assigned based on your career field and rank by the career field assignments managers.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

There are some positions that you will be asked to interview for before being matched to the position. In those cases it is generally based on how well the hiring authority (usually a senior military officer) likes you personally and if they feel that you fit their style of leadership.

The process took 3 days. I interviewed at US Air Force in Jan 2010

      Interview

To become an Air Force officer you must possess a bachelor's degree or higher. It is an excellent way to earn experience and develop your skills for the civilian sector. The application process is long, and requires drug testing, and a security investigation. Once selected, you will attend officer training school which is a 12 week intense physical and mental program designed to teach you leadership skills and how to perform under pressure.
