Interview
Hiring is based upon ASVAB scores and physical standards. To get certain jobs you must meet minimum scores for a particular job in a particular area. The Air Force ASVAB is broken into four areas, general (math and English), electrical, mechanical and administrative. Jobs will have a minimum score for the area that pertains to the skills needed to perform that job.

Just had to click a button on a website, and submit school records and PT test results. They found i was the best candidate. Found out that I was picked and started in a month after attending instructor school.

Didn't ask me anything, just picked me. Reviewed records and made sure no past of sexual assaults and gave me the thumbs up. Also made sure i had no financial troubles.

Physical fitness test (PFT), medical review, written tests - AFOQT - Air Force Officer Qualifying Test. To get into the Air Force Academy, one must apply during his/her junior year of high school.
