I was questioned by my superiors about what my qualifications were. I was asked how I would make the unit better. I was asked my opinion on how to better their low morale. I was also asked what my thoughts were on the new EPR system. I was also asked how I would deal with conflict and what my process was to overcome it.

Your prior work ethic and your rank determine your selection as Aircraft Superintendent. You don't need to submit a resume because you are already familiar with aircraft maintenance processes so you wont be hired unless you have the background in aviation. I was selected when a position came available.

Do your research before you meet with a recruiter. Never go alone on the first meeting. Try to take alone questions to ask the recruiter, and ALWAYS talk to people on to get the negative and positive view.
