Interview
Not really an interview. More like a process. You have to put in a bunch of paperwork and then wait on the system to process it and generate a request. From there you wait for an interview invitation.
The interview process was straightforward but memorable—equal parts formal questioning and making sure I understood the commitment I was signing up for. It involved discussing qualifications, expectations, and ensuring I was mentally and physically prepared. Looking back, it was less about “passing an interview” and more about confirming I was ready to serve.

Real cool, real fun, sleep at a hotel the night before. Free continental breakfast in the morning. Free bus ride too. Duck walk not cool. Sign paper, say bye to family.
