I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at US Navy (New Bern, NC) in Jun 2010
Interview
Consisted of multiple 1:1 interviews with the different department heads of NAVAIR and at the same time a tour of the facilities, it lasted basically the whole day. Nothing technical, its more of a "lets get to know you" and then you get to ask questions.
