Commissioning programs are ROTC from a university, Officer Candidate School (OCS) w/ a college degree or Service Academy (U.S. Naval Academy). Interview process varies depending upon the institution. U.S. Naval Academy requires a congressional, senatorial or presidential appointment as well as a traditional college application process.

Strength and weaknesses, why do you want to join the Navy, show me an instance of overcoming adversity or a challenge.
You look online under USAjobs and upload your resume and current information that is required. There are also various questions you answer and once everything is complete you submit. You then wait to hear if you have been forwarded to the hiring authority. I was, and received a phone call for an interview. I was given an option of three times and chose one. After my interview I waited to hear something, I received an email with an tentative offer and called. I was given an official offer and accepted the position and started two weeks later.

it was straight forward you just have to engage and ask the right questions or you will hurt yourself going forward in your career. Do not be intimidated to tkae notes and question things ask about every position available.
