Interview
Take a test, physical exam, pick a job and then pick a ship date you are all set. As long as you do not get disqualified you are in the Navy. Drugs are NO NO.

Must take a test to qualify then sit a panel of 3 other Naval Aviators as they ask how you would handle a myriad of leadership situations. Your articulation is rated on a scale of 1 to 10 your decision making, also rated on a scale. Then finally your physical presentation scale 1 to10.
