N/A Primarily as long as you qualify mentally, physically, and of course no criminal background you have a great shot. The primary concern is ensuring you remain truthful and of course you follow through with what the recruiter request, (I.E) you contact them when your ready, you have Birth certificate, ssn card, and diploma with you. Ensure you don't have any tickets or civil suite pending.

phone interview with two department head and a program coordinator. I was asked a series of questions about situations at previous employment and how situations were handled. I was asked about strengths and weakness as well as how I could handle weaknesses.

Interview
It's an interview for the military.... If can eligible to get in, your in. Just be honest and be prepared to accept the fact you may not get the rate you wanted. That doesn't mean you can't cross rate to the job you desire though. If your interested just stop into your local navy recruitment office.
