I applied through college or university. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at US Navy in Feb 2014
Interview
The process was pretty straightforward, just a phone conversation about the kind of work you want to do and what your are interested in. Then you get a call a couple of weeks later. It then takes a few months for them to process all the paperwork; this is the most frustrating part as you basically don't hear anything for a long period of time.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at US Navy (Philadelphia, PA) in Nov 2014
Interview
I applied through the Workforce Recruitment Program (WRP). The WRP is available at several college locations for students with disabilities. The interviewer came to my school for my interview, I had already interviewed with him before so he basically asked me about my experience working for the DLA the summer prior. The rest of the conversation was composed of deciding where they would place me this year.
