Interview
Not much of an interview process. Be prepared to fill out lots of paperwork. Once all the paperwork is completed, you will most likely be a part of the delayed entry program (DEP) where you will learn the basics and history of the US Navy. It definitely helps preparing for bootcamp.

They're looking for you to be decisive and have a plan for your life. Giving a ROTC scholarship entails the Navy offering a future commission in the Navy. So they're looking for people who have leadership skills.
