Interview
Overall, three interviews are conducted. Two technical interviews with members of naval reactors testing your ability to think through technical questions. The final interview is with the head of Naval Reactors, a 4 star admiral. The last interview will decide whether you are excepted or not, with the other two interviews weighing less on that decision.
