Basic information is collected and as long as you pass the ASVAB with a high score you will be able to pick any job you wish to have. overall it was an easy process with no complaints. I would recommend this job to everyone as they have one of the best benefits and support packages available.

One on one, informal in a conference room. He asked me about 9 questions and it took about 45 minutes. Much of the interview was him telling me about the job and then following up to see if I had the skills once he explained what was necessary. Interview
You take an exam and then after so many years you eventually get picked up or you get kicked out it is the way it is. I do not like the way the navy promotes you get a lot of leaders that have no clue how to lead
