US Navy interview questions

One on one, informal in a conference room. He asked me about 9 questions and it took about 45 minutes. Much of the interview was him telling me about the job and then following up to see if I had the skills once he explained what was necessary. He was very interested in my ability to work with active duty personnel, knowledge of Navy regulations, knowledge of the area of the job (base security),

You take an exam and then after so many years you eventually get picked up or you get kicked out it is the way it is. I do not like the way the navy promotes you get a lot of leaders that have no clue how to lead
