I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at US Navy
Interview
You are required to take a physical fitness test, your ASVAB (which is not very hard), and tons of medical examinations including drug tests. You need to be very available to be able to meet with recruiters whenever they are ready.

Morally, Mentally and Physically qualified . Test and Dr;s review. Long days, of hurry up and wait for next process to start. Some unexpected delays and trival testing requirement. Must have 5-10 years of addresses, names, phones, schools, work, and references to finish background check paperwork. Expect the process to drive you nuts and in most cases never finish when you expected. in the end it works out if you continue to push the recruiting staff.
