UniCredit Group Applications Analyst interview questions

One group interview where they looked for collaboration, information sharing, assertiveness and pressure managing. We were a group of 7 people and we were given two tasks. The first was to agree on a list of properties an ideal workplace should have. In the second task was we were the board members of a company and we had to make decisions on how to solve a set of issues
