1. They contacted me as they had my CV in their DB.
2. First interview for a higher role.
3. Second interview for a lower role, took 2-3 hours with HR and Hiring Manager.

Question 1
With HR: what do I know about Unicredit, why applying for this role and where I can see myself in 5 years and why didn't continue with previous employer.
With Manager: initially exact same questions, but then he took out a chess board and we played a game. Then he tried to see my analitycal skills and simulated various situations on the board and I had to explain the logic and mathematical approach to solve some issues (i.e. the coinstraint effect of the board, the matrix of complexity of the game as it continues, etc.)

Primo ste OLA misti tra domando di logica e attitudinali, poi 3 colloqui online. Nessuna domanda particolarmente tecnica in nessuno dei 3 colloqui, più che altro un illustrazione del CV e della mia esperienza.
