Interview
I was contacted via Linkedin by a recruitment company, passed a basic technical skills paper test at the recruitment company.
I had 2 technical interviews with 2 managers, pretty easy I would say ( one in Romanian language and one in English).
I had 1 HR interview that was confortable.(Romanian language)
Maximum 3 weeks long process.
The technical interview was divided in 2 parts, one with the team lead and a technical engineer having a conversation about my experience and java questions with coding, the second part was a sql interview with 2 sql developers, asking questions about my experience and my sql knowledge

Interview
The first turn was call with one of the project owner. Simple HR based questions. The second turn was a bilingual tech interview, with a lead developer, one project owner, and with one architect.

Interview
Process took several days and consisted by a tehnical interview at first with java simple questions and then a HR interview. After that i got the offer via email and send the response back in the next day.
