Interview
There were 3 rounds to the interview, first was a Skype interview, followed by a written test and then final face to face discussion. The interview was above average difficulty. The Skype interview was taken by a panel that asked varied questions mostly from your resume. They also tried to analyse in detail how you would react or what you would do in hypothetical scenario.

How will you deal with client if the progress is not upto mark of the project?
Applied to job online received email to schedule interview back which was scheduled within a week. Also completed a technical assessment which was a timed test with 24 hour to complete and was emailed back to them. Interview was via Skype and had three UN members asking questions

The next step is an interview with two UNDEF project officers.
The interview was 15 minutes long. The recruitment process is very fast.
