Online Assessment, involving an excel competency test, a microsoft word summary exercise and a powerpoint presentation that draws from the excel competency test. If you are not able to complete the excel segment you will have no results to present in powerpoint phase.
Skill based interview with 3 interviewers. Asking specfic skill based questions of how you responded to situations, to go deeper from your application answears, to share details of how you have gained skills and would contribute to a team, and why you wish to work in this department specifically
It's based on a competency-based interview, and it went well. It was friendly and informative as well. There are a few of general questions and a few of technical questions. Overall, a good experience.
