Called for an interview 2-3 months after I submitted my application. Questions on background- interest on the organization- language skills- relevant knowledge. They then describe their work, ask for your questions and inform you that they will write back to you.

Skill based interview with 3 interviewers. Asking specfic skill based questions of how you responded to situations, to go deeper from your application answears, to share details of how you have gained skills and would contribute to a team, and why you wish to work in this department specifically
It's based on a competency-based interview, and it went well. It was friendly and informative as well. There are a few of general questions and a few of technical questions. Overall, a good experience.
