After submitting my application, in about a week, I was contacted by someone in HR and submitted my availability for an interview. It was a virtual interview with one person from HR and a Programme Manager. Then I had another phone interview with a different Programme Manager who I actually worked under.

Skill based interview with 3 interviewers. Asking specfic skill based questions of how you responded to situations, to go deeper from your application answears, to share details of how you have gained skills and would contribute to a team, and why you wish to work in this department specifically
It's based on a competency-based interview, and it went well. It was friendly and informative as well. There are a few of general questions and a few of technical questions. Overall, a good experience.
