Interview
First it was a brief phone call with behavior questions, followed by a longer phone call asking specific questions about the office I was interviewing at: Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean. After the two first rounds, I had an in person interview with the director and office managers.

Skill based interview with 3 interviewers. Asking specfic skill based questions of how you responded to situations, to go deeper from your application answears, to share details of how you have gained skills and would contribute to a team, and why you wish to work in this department specifically
It's based on a competency-based interview, and it went well. It was friendly and informative as well. There are a few of general questions and a few of technical questions. Overall, a good experience.
