I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at United Nations in Feb 2015
Interview
A pre-screening based on resume and cover letter in addition to some specific questions on my competences and motivations to apply. I had to indicate 3 references from previous employers/university. The process took about 2 months. Then I got contacted by email to schedule a meeting. The first round was a phone interview. After the first screening, since I was not able to travel to Geneva, the interview was on Skype, with two UN Staff at the same time.
