I have two rounds of interviews and a 24-hour assessment. The overall process, starting from application to offer. It took 4 months. In terms of interview questions, there were more technical questions than behavioral questions. The first round interview was only 20 minutes.

FIRSTLY IS THE email checking inerview, then ask many behavioral questions and some technical questions like SQL/Power BI/Data model, there will be A hr and two tech mangers and the process is around 1 hours or less
