The interview process was very fair and went through a series of competency based questions. There were several rounds of interviews to discuss the thematic overviews of the office's responsibilities.

There was a written assessment of two questions and time allocated was 90 mins. Then there was a competency based interview for about 1 hour with a panel of three. The questions focused on specific competencies required for the position
