Terrible 15 minute interview. Recruiter didn't show her face, she asked the questions like a robot without any interruption or gesture. She was cold and gave bad impression. Whole experience felt inhumane.
Skill based interview with 3 interviewers. Asking specfic skill based questions of how you responded to situations, to go deeper from your application answears, to share details of how you have gained skills and would contribute to a team, and why you wish to work in this department specifically
It's based on a competency-based interview, and it went well. It was friendly and informative as well. There are a few of general questions and a few of technical questions. Overall, a good experience.
