the interview was conducted online, formally organized based on the competency-based interview guideline, not pressuring. About 5 questions were asked, taking turns among panels. Due to the unstable internet connectivity, the screen was off.

The interview followed the basic CBI(Competency Based Interview). The interviewer informed that there will be one question from each of the competencies written on the job post at the start of the interview. For each of the main question, 1-2 follow-up questions were asked.
