Basic competency and field related technical questions
30 min interview with 3 committee members Asked me general questions about my Scientific Back ground. Also my masters experience and technics i can use. Nothing too difficult came out during the interview process.

Interview
I applied for a PhD in DAMTP through the online application form. About a month or two later, I received an email from my current supervisor asking whether I was available for an online interview the next morning. The interview took about 45-60 minutes, and was relatively informal. Questions were asked on my background, courses, knowledge, research experience ... All fair and relevant questions, and a second assessor was present for the interview process.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at University of Cambridge (Cambridge, East of England, England)
Interview
I had a 30 minutes interview with my current supervisor. The interview was very informal, they asked some questions about myself and then they asked me to talk about a specific project. I had to prepare a 20 minutes presentation
