Interview
Face-to-face interview with 2 lab group leaders and an HR - 20 minutes, followed by a short meeting with a current Research Assistant who showed me how the work is done, followed by a chance to meet the other researchers within the group.

drawback was that interview was quite short, would like more time
Given enough notice before the interview, told who was interviewing and overall a very straightforward. I would recommend. Feedback was also given at the end. The questions asked were relevant to the position.

How would I apply my specific skills to the research they are conducting?
It was an online 25 min interview with 3 members of the committee. Each of them were supervisor in the project each from a different field. At the end they said that the result will be delivered online in a week.
