Challenging but interesting. They were nice and welcoming as well. Asked lots of questions that were out of the box and unique. Overall it was a good learning experience and I managed to do well in the interview component of it.

Several 1-on-1 meetings with staff followed by a talk covering research. During shortlisting, references were collected. Questions were focused on teaching and research but also covered independence. One meeting was held over lunch.
