Straightforward interview with a panel of multiple lab members -- the interview date was announced ~ a week after the job posting closed, with 4 days' notice. I had to give a presentation on a research project I had done.

Good questions - focussed on knowledge of field and technical knowledge

drawback was that interview was quite short, would like more time
Given enough notice before the interview, told who was interviewing and overall a very straightforward. I would recommend. Feedback was also given at the end. The questions asked were relevant to the position.

How would I apply my specific skills to the research they are conducting?
It was an online 25 min interview with 3 members of the committee. Each of them were supervisor in the project each from a different field. At the end they said that the result will be delivered online in a week.
