I've been interviewed online. The interviewers were friendly and polite. Organised and interested to know more about my skills. Very good! We discussed the duties and tasks I needed to do. They also asked about my university's studies.

OK - big panel for such a job, considering it was a part-time low-level position. There were 5 people, some of the questions were very testing. I did my best, but was taken aback at times.
