Pretty standard interview process. Meet initially with a recruiter, then you will have a panel interview with a Solutions Architect, a current rep and a manager. Then you will meet with a manager and director that includes a mock sales pitch.

I was reached out to by a recruiter to interview at UpWork. I wasn't necessarily in the job market but was intrigued by her introductory email. We scheduled a call with the internal recruiter. Two days later, it was cancelled but no follow-up was sent. I emailed the initial recruiter that reached out and she stated that they wanted someone else to interview me instead and would send me a new calendar invite to the agreed upon date/time. I never received the new invite so I followed-up on the day the new call was supposed to take place and didn't hear back. Shortly after I was "no-showed" the recruiter apologized and said it was an error on her part and would reschedule it. It's now been a week with no follow-up. At this time, I wouldn't consider this company just based on first impressions and how disorganized the recruiting process is. I know how difficult it is to find talent in the current unemployment state we're in. Perfect your recruiting process so that you don't have top talent fall out of your process before they even speak to someone at your company.
