Upwork interview questions

Interview process had too many members of organization joining. Some of these individuals were not part of team and often worked indirectly with the team. Initial 30 min w/recruiter, followed by 4-6 different individuals interviewing you was overbearing.

It was good, all you have to do is state your job title, it's roles and all it entails and your terms of agreement based on the pay. It was an easy interview as all you had to do was to create your Upwork profile to the best of knowledge in order to improve your chances of getting selected for any job you applied for
