Two rounds of interview. Fairly straightforward. They don’t toss you around like other companies. They get back to you quickly and don’t keep you in the dark. I’d say there’s a mix of behavioral questions, task-specific questions, and then more of getting to know you.

The interview process was straight forward. The recruiter did a great job expediting the process by co-originating with Hiring manager, panel members and candidate. The overall process was very seamless and quick from the start to the end.

They are building AI native applications and hence there was a lot of focus deep diving into relevant skills related to AI/ML work that I performed in the past roles.

Interview
The interview seemed unstructured and unclear objectives or process for next steps. I thought I was having a casual conversation about the role and possibilities for it but in retrospect seemed they already had identified their candidate and were checking boxes.
