Not so difficult as long as you know how to follow the rules and know how to read module provided to you by the company, they do the interview online, so you still need to prepare for it, and they give you the details on how to do the work so you do not how hard you do it.

Interview
I applied for the position on line via their website. They posted it as a project for freelancers. I was contacted via their messaging system and asked for my Skype ID. The Manager added me via Skype and then contacted me asking when I was available for an interview. She then called me via Skype at that time. We spent about 30 minutes discussing my experience in similar projects.

Interview
The client set up an interview via Skype on an appointed time. The interview usually lasts for 10-15 minutes. The client starts off by asking what was my recent project and what I did. The client also asks what my work schedule looks like and what time zone I can work on.
