It was okay. The questions where very professional and direct focus on customer centricity aligning with companies goals and objectives. It is important to study about the company before the interview

They will ask about yourself and what experience you have. Any experience with customer handling helps. Fluent English helps a lot and any experience with visa and immigration is an added advantage
