VMware Customer Success Operations Analyst interview questions

The whole process consisted of one phone screen with a recruiter, followed by one video interview with the hiring manager and one with a senior manager on the team. Everyone was super friendly in the interviews, and seemed to genuinely want to get to know me (interviews definitely felt more conversational). They asked about my experience working with data, but only one actual technical question in the whole process. Definitely more behavioral and more interested in fit than technical skills going in. They were really good about keeping me updated during the interview process—when the wait after the final interviews ended up being longer than they had told me it would be, I received an email update from my recruiter as well as one from the second manager I interviewed with providing more explanation, which I really appreciated. There was also very quick feedback and scheduling between interviews. The first video interview was 3 days after the phone screen, and second was 6 days after the first. The total process ended up being close to 4 weeks from first recruiter interview to final decision (largely because of the lag time between final interview and offer)
