The hiring procedure is quite different but good sometimes. I has given two interviews on campus. I was selected and my resume was circulated among various teams. Hiring Manager which think you are good fit for their team contact you and more rounds of interview are taken. If you do well, you are selected. You may get opportunity to interview with more than one team if your profile matches requirements of more than one team. This is good, it increases you chance of getting selected even if you do bad when interviewing with few teams

Interview
A test with open and closed code questions that should be done in a certain amount of time. If the first test is done correctly, an interview is scheduled with the coding team. They give you a coding task.

Question 1
Create a new collection of data with these requirements....
Average. I had 2 interviews with in a three weeks. Medium and hard interviews. I cracked both the interviews and was given the offer. Leet Code should be fine to crack both the interviews
Had 3 rounds of interview.
First round was 30 minute call with recruiter.
Second round was 45 minute was behavrioral interview with Director of department.
Third round was technical interview with manager for intern role.
