The interview process starts with a phone interview and then leads to an onsite interview which is usually with one or more inside sales representatives and followed by one or more inside sales managers. After that, they will do a background check on you and some other formalities but that is it.

I applied online and a recruiter contacted me to schedule a phone screen. Upon receiving great feedback and plans to move forward to next steps the recruiter went dark. I politely followed up via email asking for feedback but never heard back.

I did two interviews already, and they let me know that there were probably at a minimum two more interviews to go including one onsite. This seems like a LOT of interviews and with so many interviews just to get the job I am really worried about just how many layers of bureaucracy this place is going to have.

They asked me several questions about my opinions on working remote vs onsite. The impression that it left me with is they are trying to get back fully onsite for inside sales.
