Interview process is pretty bad, recruiter just cancelled the meeting without any context. Then proceeds to ghosting candidates, this does explain why the turnover in the GAM team is so high.

The initial contact is from recruitment in US then there´s a short process, 4 to 5 interviews most of them by phone, the most important is with the Country Manager.
