I had a phone interview scheduled. The interviewer jumped to asking questions in 10 seconds after introducing himself. He wanted to go into the depth of operating systems concepts. Which i could answer decently, but then he started asking me stuff I had no idea about. (RCU) The interview was more of a knowledge test than skill test. The HR was pretty friendly and prompt with responses.
